Tanyard Springs is a great community. We were initially drawn to the neighborhood because of the affordability for a newer modern home in a family friendly neighborhood. The community association consistently keeps us updated on what’s going on in the community via the website and email alerts, and they are planning to break ground soon on the village center. Since we moved in, they have connected Tanyard Springs Lane to Solley Road, which makes getting to the Pasadena area much faster!

Our neighborhood amenities include a private swimming pool, fitness center, party rental space, tot lots, dog parks, walking paths, community gardens, basketball courts, picnic pavilions, and tennis courts. Our personal favorite restaurants are Papa’s, Seaside, Chick Fil A, Sakura, Outback Steakhouse and Bubbas 33.

There are also many grocery and convenience stores in the area. Wal Mart, Target, Weis, Giant, Lauers, Royal Farm, and 7-11 to name a few.

We enjoy bowling as a family. There are a few bowling alleys in the area. We also enjoy biking.

You would think living in a house this size with a 4-member family, the utilities would be costly. That actually isn’t the case! Utility costs are very reasonable.
