Read what the Seller Says:

What I love the most about Upper Fells Point is the proximity to so many great restaurants, bars and shops. We are just a block away from Patterson Park and a few blocks from Canton. We enjoy taking romantic walks down in Fells Point (eating ice cream and pizza too!) and playing frisbee with the dog in the park.

It is a fun neighborhood with beautiful antique colonial homes that are over 100 years old. I love chatting with the neighbors on the block and going for jogs in Patterson Park. There is great nightlife and easy proximity to downtown office space. I love being close to the water. There are great parks, museums and lots of history. And it’s so fun to go to an O’s games!

We love to eat at Topside and Ekiben, and we are less than a mile from Safeway and Whole Foods.

When I first saw the view from the rooftop deck, I was literally blown away. You can get a bird’s eye view of the Inner Harbor, Downtown and rest of the City.

The house has a nice space in the rear that could be used for parking.

Utilities are with BGE and run low $100’s to maybe $200 in the crazy hot months. We have 2 window units to help on super high temp days on the upper levels.
