Read what the Seller Says:

Catonsville has a great sense of community and connectivity – from the parade in the summer, to live mini concert series, fireworks and general community engagement. Our neighborhood is diverse, great for neighborhood chats, walks and connecting with people young and old with vast interests (hiking, exercise, medical, college professors, nurses, firefighters, cooking, etc.)

The area has a charming history and a small-town vibe and is within close proximity to Baltimore City, major highways (95, 695, 295) as well as back roads. It was a convenient central living area that allowed me multiple routes to work, school, business and personal appointments/venues. It’s also close to downtown Baltimore when you want to catch a great sporting event, new restaurant, spend time at the Harbor, or enjoy local produce at the farmers markets. Additionally, the access to BWI, Amtrak and other sources of public transportation made travel for work extremely convenient.

When I bought the property, I was drawn to the feel of the neighborhood. The Medwick Garth circle is close knit and charming. Additionally, being on the top side of the community on an end unit with a rear parking pad were also drivers in me feeling comfortable purchasing. The community includes a mixed demographic i.e. college students, graduate students, young professionals, mature professionals and retirees. Other things I love about the area are its parks and recreation. Being close to the Catonsville Community Park, Patapsco Valley State Park as well as the recreation areas always made for great community and family events.

The area provides opportunities for hobbies and leisure to include paint and pottery, craft stores, historic tours through Ellicott City, community gardens, parks and recreation.

We love to eat at Chef Paulino’s, Catonsville Gourmet and Sugar Bakers!!!

There are multiple shopping centers within a 10-30 minute radius. Convenient stores such as Rite Aid, dry cleaners, barber shop, & Pizza Hut within close proximity. Downtown Ellicott City is less than a 10-minute drive and larger retail chains in Columbia, Route 40 and downtown Baltimore are within decent distance no more than 30 minutes away.
