The things I love about this townhome are all the space inside (4 levels!), its great for entertaining with the connection to the basement family room area, and of course the lovely water views and water oriented community!

This neighborhood is great! We have a community beach on Stoney Creek where you can sit on the sand and enjoy the view. Sometimes we head to the community pool, which also enjoys a water-front location. We like to fish and crab from the community boardwalk that goes along the Patapsco River. There is also boatyard and boat ramp to store and launch boats or watercraft on Cox Creek. The kids in the neighborhood like to play in the tot lot which is part of the pool house. There is also a nature trail, where we like to look for blue herons and other water birds. At dusk it is fun to watch the osprey’s hunt for dinner. There are green spaces for walking the dog and doggy bag stations to keep the neighborhood tidy, and the community is working on a building a dog park.

There are some great restaurants nearby. The Stoney Creek Inn has the best crabcakes we’ve ever tasted. Full of lump crab meat with little filler. Their cream of crab is so thick and full of crab it’s almost a dip. Lista’s is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Great margaritas, burritos and all things delicious. For Italian, Primo’s is the best! Never had a meal there that wasn’t amazing. And for dessert they have the best profiteroles.

We are only two miles away from a grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts and post office. You can visit the Riviera Beach library and Glen Burnie library. Very convenient. Only about 20 minutes from BWI airport close enough for a trip but far enough that it isn’t a noise nuisance.

The best part of the community is that it is built on a peninsula. Waterviews from pretty much anywhere in the community.

Our electric bill runs about $170/month, which is pretty good considering the entire townhome is electric. The water bill comes quarterly and is usually around $70.

Our community tries to have several community events a year. Oktoberfest is a popular one. There are sometimes community movies in the summer in the pool house parking lot for the kids.
