4 Bedroom |  2 Full Bath  |  2 Half Bath

Spacious End Unit Townhouse that feels like a Detached Home! You won’t believe the size of this home. Huge updated kitchen, dining/living room and main level family room, with another family room in the basement. Screened in porch overlooking wooded lot. Dedicated office space in the basement with built in desk. FOUR bedrooms on upper level! Master bedroom with updated bath and walk in closet. Don’t like the laundry in the basement? You can add it on the upper level – there is already plumbing and venting in the walk-in closet of one of the bedrooms! This home has been freshly painted and new carpet installed – so it’s ready to just move in. You’ll also enjoy the newer HVAC and water heater. Off Street parking and walking distance to Columbia Mall make this home a must see.

Read what the Seller Says:

The best thing about Columbia is that it’s organized into walkable village centers so you don’t have to drive across town to run errands or grab a bite to eat. The area in general is very convenient to Baltimore and DC for work (and play!), but also has plenty of job opportunities and leisure activities closer to home. We love the convenience of the restaurants at Columbia mall for both sit-down and fast dining. Several new restaurants have opened in the past year or so. The Lakefront has several nice restaurants as well, like Clyde’s. The Wilde Lake Village center Melting Pot is great for special occasions.

There are many grocery stores in the area that are convenient such as Safeway, Giant, Harris Teeter, and Wegmans. David’s natural market and Whole Foods are very close. We occasionally have groceries delivered from Whole Foods and we are always the 1st stop!

When we bought the property we were drawn to the single family home feel because of size, number of bedrooms and screened in porch. It’s great having a corner lot with a big yard and a wide driveway. The location is very walkable.

We enjoy walking around the lakes (Wilde Lake and Kittamaqundi) and attending events at the lakefront and Symphony Woods such as: Wine in the Woods, fireworks, Lakefest, and other festivals.

The area is great, the street is very quiet but is very convenient to essentially every amenity and only a short trip to either Baltimore or DC.

We enjoy the Association trails for walking, jogging and biking. We are big music lovers and attend concerts at Merriweather and the Soundry (on the Lakefront). There’s also live music 6 nights a week at 18th & 21st.

Our street is very friendly with a mixture of young couples, families, and retirees. We will miss our neighbors and Autumn days on the porch.

Our utility costs reduced substantially when we replaced the water heater and HVAC in 2016.
